Marinated with our own special marinade
Vacuum tumbled and vacuum sealed
Grill - 15 to 20 minutes on each side for medium rare
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes for medium rare
Minimum 2 week shelf life and then frozen until used
